1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase a service.

2. Our services

We provide Vastu guidance, online consultations, dream interpretation, mole interpretation and related advisory services. Services may be offered in two formats:

• Online instant booking: a listed service may be selected and paid for online before an expert connects with you.
• Inquiry or manual coordination: you submit your requirements first, and our team or expert contacts you to understand the request, availability, scope and next steps. This includes on-site Vastu and property visits.

An inquiry is not a confirmed booking, appointment or promise of service until we communicate the next step and, where applicable, confirm payment and scheduling.

3. Advisory nature of guidance

Our guidance is based on Vastu principles, traditional interpretations, discussion and practical observation. It is advisory in nature and is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, mental-health, financial, architectural, structural or engineering advice. You remain responsible for decisions made after receiving our guidance, including construction, purchase, renovation or personal decisions. No outcome or result is guaranteed.

4. Information you provide

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information needed to respond to an inquiry or deliver a service. You are responsible for checking phone numbers, email addresses, property details, birth or personal information and any files before submitting them. Delays or inability to deliver caused by incorrect or incomplete information may affect the service timeline and refund eligibility.

5. Bookings, payments and communication

Prices, inclusions, service descriptions and availability are shown on the relevant page or confirmed by our team. A payment request does not guarantee a slot until the order is successfully recorded. You authorize us and our payment partners to process the payment details you submit. We may contact you by phone, email, WhatsApp or another channel you provide for booking, verification and service delivery.

For online instant bookings, our delivery commitment and limited refund rules are set out in the Refund Policy. Once an expert has connected or service work has started, the service is treated as commenced.

6. Customer conduct

You must use the website lawfully and respectfully. You must not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, infringe another person's rights or use our content to provide a competing service without permission.

7. Content and intellectual property

The website, branding, text, images, graphics, layouts and service materials belong to Shree Veda Vaastu or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the website for evaluating or receiving our services. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, modify or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
